This module examines Op Ways, a MACC investigation into alleged corruption involving six tenders worth approximately RM180 million for work connected with a data-centre construction project in Johor. Learners will be able to identify procurement red flags, connect alleged conduct to relevant MACC Act provisions and apply practical controls to prevent, detect and report similar misconduct.
