This refresher e-learning module is designed for employees who have successfully completed Anti-Bribery and Corruption in the Workplace.

The course provides engaging knowledge checks and exercises to reinforce learner’s knowledge on common corruption risks in the workplace, such as gifts and entertainment, sponsorships and donations, facilitation payments, dealings with public officials, dealings with third parties and employees recruitment.

It also highlights corporate liability under Section 17A of the MACC Act 2009, providing realistic workplace scenarios and red-flag identification exercises.
