This module is designed to empower leaders and managers with practical knowledge required to implement and sustain an effective whistleblowing system in their organisation. Learners will learn how to identify wrongdoing, receive and assess whistleblower reports and engage in effective communication with whistleblowers.

 

The module aligns with principles and provisions recommended by ISO 37002:2021 Whistleblowing Management System and is aligned with Malaysia’s Whistleblower Protection Act 2010.
